Access the school venue from Hotel IBIS:
The school venue is the SZTAKI building in Victor Hugo street. This is one stop from Hotel IBIS with the blue underground line (Metro 3). This distance is ~15 minutes walking, so you can easily walk. If you choose public transportation, then please take the blue underground line at "Dozsa Gyorgy ut" stop (right at the hotel) towards "Kobanya Kispest" and get off at Lehel ter (ter = square). Go out in the front of the subway, on the right side (next to a flower shop). There is the beginning of Victor Hugo street, and the building is at the third corner. (See GoogleMap below.)

Access Hotel IBIS from the airport:
The most convenient is to take the ZONA taxi (official taxi company of the airport, right in front of the arrival terminal), or the AIRPORT minibus which is a mini van that takes more than one people at a time so you might wait 10-20 minutes to get a transfer. Both provide door-to-door service, so please indicate that you go to "IBIS hotel, Dózsa György út 65". ZONA taxi to the city centre costs about 5000HUF (24 Euro), the minibus is 2990HUF. Jurney to the hotel takes ~30 minutes.

Should you choose public transportation to get to the hotel, please take first the airport bus (ticket is ~300HUF) to the terminal of the blue underground line (Kobanya Kispest), then the blue underground to "Dozsa Gyorgy ut" station (ticket is ~300HUF). The hotel is right on the corner.

The ZONA taxi and the shuttle bus operates non-stop. Public transportation in the city operates between ~5am-11pm. Some night buses are available but not to the airport.
