Arrival in Budapest - transfer from the airport & railway
Most participants will arrive at the Budapest Ferihegy Airport. The simplest means of transportation to any place in Budapest is via minibuses. This door-to-door Airport Minibus Service (tel: (0)1 296 8555) is reasonably priced ((one way ticket: HUF 2100, return ticket: HUF 3600)) and is much more reliable than taxis. The minibus service is located outside of customs area. Travelers will purchase a voucher and proceed to the waiting area for your van to arrive. The wait is generally 10-20 minutes. Those who schedule round-trip transportation must call to re-confirm their return trip at least 24 hours in advance of their flight.

Getting to the Conference venue by public transportation
You may take Bus #96 from the Airport to Kőbánya-Kispest (terminal of Bus #96). From Kőbánya-Kispest the METRO Line 3 (blue) takes you to the Lehel tér (square). If you come from the centre, go out in the rear of the subway. There is the beginning of Victor Hugo street, and the building is at the third corner. Other possibility is trolley 76 from the Keleti pu. (Eastern Railway Station). You get off at the next stop after Lehel tér.

Tickets are available at METRO stations, news-stands or major bus/tram termini and must be validated insidethe vehicles or at the entrance to the METRO. Please keep your ticket with you by the end of the rout/exit (Metro).
