Cancellation/refund policy
Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before May 31, 2005 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after June 01, 2005.

The IBIS hotel reserves the right to ask for credit card authorisation or cash deposit upon arrival to assure the payment of the non-guaranteed services. We can keep the rooms only until 6 pm without guarantee. In case of late (after 6 pm) arrival, please send us your credit card details to guarantee the booking. In case of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation after 6 pm on the date of arrival or no-show, the first night of the accommdation cost will be charged automatically.
